Creating an image for my band.

I began by researching popular bands and artists that are in the charts at the moment. I went onto two popular radio stations sites,
http://www.capitalfm.com/ + http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio1/ and looked at the latest artists and bands. I realised that they all have their own image and a unique selling point which make them stand out from the crowd. Whether this be through their outrageous fashion style, stylish accessories or coordinating colours.

As i was creating a magazine that was for new and upcoming bands/artists i needed my band to also have a particular image that made them original. Image would be important for being remember and also for reflecting the genre of music. I liked the idea of using an accessory and wanted it to be something that people would see straight away see. I then came up wit the idea of wearing blind folds. I thought it was a unique idea and would stand out as being a fashion statement.....

I researched some different images of blind folds on google:-This blind fold is made out of lace and looks fashionable and also mature.

The blind fold is used in a indie style and the blind fold uses colour.

This blind fold is used in a sexy and provocative way.

Looks young and rebelious.

The blind folds are just used on the men and the woman looks in control.
