Planning My Photo Shoot

To use my time wisely i plan to take my photos for my magazine during February half Term.  

I wanted to have three people in my band and began drawing a picture of what i want one of my shoots to be like;

Guitar = Matt

Keyboard = Ryan

Lead singer = Chloe 

I chose these three friends of mine as i believe i can use them to create the right image for my band. I decided to have two boys and as you can see from the picture i wanted them either side of the lead singer who is a girl. Using both sexes i believe will target a wider audience for my magazine.  

As my magazine is targeting new and upcoming bands/artists i went along with my idea from my previous research about using blind folds. I made the boys wear totally blacked blind folds and i did make chloe wear a completely black out open my initial planning but i may change this idea as she is the lead singer of the band. 

The music genre of my magazine is pop and indie, so from my research i plan for my band to wear bright and bold colors that will stand out and attract.

The mise-en-scene for my pictures is important for reflecting the bands image and genre of music they play. So i plan to take some pictures:-

-Train station

-Forest

-brick wall

-A busy place with lots of people

-On a sofa for like an interview
